During Mental Illness Awareness Week, we're recognizing the important role activities play in supporting emotional well-being.

Whether it's sharing a new skill, exploring a favorite hobby, or participating in a group program, staying engaged can help residents feel connected, purposeful, and supported.

At The Suites Pasadena, supporting mental wellness is part of the care we provide.

Did you know? Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers affecting women, but early detection can make a significant difference. Regular screenings, self-awareness, and conversations with your healthcare provider are important steps in protecting your health.

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we're encouraging everyone to wear pink, learn the signs, and support those affected by breast cancer.

🧀🍞 Happy National Cheese Toast Day! 🧀🍞

Today, we’re turning up the cheesy goodness! Our residents enjoyed a delicious Cheese Toast Day filled with warm, crispy toast, melty cheese, smiles, and great conversation with Harbor Hospice.

It was a simple treat that created a wonderful opportunity for socialization, sensory engagement, reminiscence, and enjoyment.

Because sometimes the best memories are made over something warm, cheesy, and delicious! 🧀
