Today is National Depression Screening Day, a reminder that recognizing changes in your mental health is an important first step toward getting support.

Our Community Liaison, Noelle, at Oceans Behavioral – Pasadena had the privilege of being asked to speak on a panel of senior healthcare professionals regarding mental health awareness and the importance of recognizing the signs and symptoms of depression, isolation, grief and loss and anxiety.
