Please share with any of your friends who are expecting (in person prenatal yoga has been hard to find around Annapolis lately, so I’m sure they’ll appreciate the info!)

I always tell people I’m not a magician and can’t fix everything in just one massage… but if I could, what would you choose? 🪄✨🐇

Every massage therapist brings their own magic to the table, and each massage requires the therapist to adapt to meet the person that’s being worked on. That’s where the real magic happens. You’re not just another body on a table, you’re a person with a body and brain that has a history beyond the day I meet you - so how can I be present enough to listen to what you and your body are telling me? That’s my magic, creating a safe space to allow the needs to be communicated and responding through massage.
