Whether it is the heat of the afternoon or the deep silence of 11:10 PM, standing at the edge of someone’s final exit changes the way I carry my own spirit. To witness that last release is a heavy, sacred reminder that the life in my lungs is a gift I am only just learning how to truly open even more through breathwork. Every inhale I still have is a mercy; every exhale is a miracle I can no longer afford to take for granted.

FULL MOON ALCHEMY: FROM THE MUD TO THE NEW SANCTUARY
​The silver light is heavy tonight, pulling on our deepest waters. As I move through this Full Moon energy, I’m feeling the weight of the "GOLD" I’ve carried through the mud of this transition.
We are in the hallway between what was and what is becoming.
