Meet Bree!

Bree is a certified 200-hour yoga instructor with a love for power yoga and vinyasa flow. Raised in a family of athletes, movement has always been part of her life. She came to yoga for the physical challenge and found there was just as much to discover beyond it.
Bree’s classes are rooted in strength, mobility, balance, and grounding, brought together through creative movement and music. She wants students to feel comfortable exploring their practice, whether that means trying something new, finding a challenge, or simply reconnecting with themselves.
Outside the studio, Bree loves running, strength training, hiking, adventuring outdoors, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Deuce.

Bree, you bring such a radiant, positive light to DEFY! 💫

You can find Bree on our schedule at 6am on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays!
