Today I had the honor of teaching 8-10 year olds an hour yoga class as part of their contemporary intensive training.
We had so much fun! After the class, their words were, peaceful, relaxed, energized, and happy to describe how they felt.

I can’t wait to see my son be a part of the cast of Matilda at the end of July!

This production will be incredible!
Directed and choreographed by the amazing Doriana Sanchez with such a talented cast. While the story is about children, this isn’t a children’s production- it’s a full all ages community theater production featuring an incredibly talented cast of dancers, singers, and actors. Everyone is working so hard to pull this professional production together!

If you’re in the area, we’d love you to join us. It’s going to be incredible nights of theater filled with beloved music, laughter, and some truly amazing acting. We hope to see some familiar faces in the audience!

Most photos don’t contain me. I’m busy living life.
BUT I love teaching. I give it my all even when life outside the studio or teaching space has thrown me heavy things. I love all my students and I’m grateful for you entrusting me with your kids. Thank you for teaching your children consistency, committment, and sharing the love of movement. These lessons will help forever shape them.

Pictured are my mini company group which I direct and choreograph. My daughter is in this group which does make it that more special.

The dance season is almost over and we’re in the final stretch. 💫🌟
