Most photos don’t contain me. I’m busy living life.
BUT I love teaching. I give it my all even when life outside the studio or teaching space has thrown me heavy things. I love all my students and I’m grateful for you entrusting me with your kids. Thank you for teaching your children consistency, committment, and sharing the love of movement. These lessons will help forever shape them.

Pictured are my mini company group which I direct and choreograph. My daughter is in this group which does make it that more special.

The dance season is almost over and we’re in the final stretch. 💫🌟

My favorite day of Mindful Classroom is yoga day.
About 100 3rd graders will receive yoga and mindfulness today.

This may be my last year at GB due to some financial constraints. If your child enjoys Mindful Classroom and has received something out of it, please let our leaders know, I’ve built this program for 5 years from the ground up and would hate to see it gone. 💔

In Toddler & Preschooler Yoga, Music, & Movement we practice fun ways to access our breath. This game is simple to do at home.
You need:
•pom poms or cotton balls
•a blanket, scarf, or cup
Optional needs:
•straw
•music

How to:
1. Throw a handful of pom poms around the room.
2. Child gets on their belly and uses their breath to blow the pom poms onto a blanket, scarf, or into a cup.
3. For fun, Play a 2-5 minutes song and see if the kids can get all the pom poms in their designated space before the song ends.
That’s it!
