Our residents are thrilled to invite all the kiddos in our friendly neighborhood to trick or treat with us!

We will have free face painting for all the kiddos, lots of candy and bounce-houses.

Some of the best days are the ones where we simply get out, explore, laugh, and enjoy life together. 🤍

We packed up from A Heavenly Home in Paso Robles and headed to beautiful Morro Bay for a day by the sea. A tiki cruise around the bay, piña coladas, a delicious lunch, a little art, plenty of sea life—and most importantly, lots of smiles and laughter along the way.

At A Heavenly Home, care is about so much more than what happens within the walls of our home. We want our residents to continue living, experiencing, celebrating, and making memories.

Whether it’s a big adventure or a simple afternoon outing, there is still so much life to enjoy—and we feel pretty lucky that we get to enjoy it alongside them.

Here’s to more adventures, more laughter, and more days by the sea.

What a memory to have pop up today. 💜

Looking back at our A Heavenly Home Softball Alzheimer’s Fundraiser and remembering just how much fun this day was.

We played ball, we laughed, we competed (maybe a little 😉), and most importantly, we came together for a cause that means so much to so many of the families we have had the privilege of knowing and loving through A Heavenly Home.

Some of our very best memories over the years have come from days like this — our team, our families, friends and community simply coming together and having a good time while supporting something bigger than ourselves.

So many familiar faces in these pictures and so many wonderful memories. 💜

We may just have to bring the A Heavenly Home softball fundraiser back one of these days!

Our Mardi Gras celebration was filled with music, laughter, dancing, and unforgettable memories thanks to the incredible Cal Poly Jazz Band. Watching our residents clap along, sing, laugh, and simply enjoy the moment is exactly why we do what we do.
Growing older doesn't mean the celebrations end—it means they become even more meaningful. Every smile, every laugh, every dance, and every moment shared reminds us that joy has no age limit.

This beautiful photo captures our resident Barbara enjoying a Cinco de Mayo celebration with her son and daughter-in-law. Surrounded by music, laughter, colorful traditions, and the people she loves, you can truly see the happiness on her face.

What makes A Heavenly Home so special?

One of the beautiful things about A Heavenly Home is that we can care for individuals with a wide range of physical and cognitive needs while helping couples stay together. In many communities, spouses can be separated because they require different levels of care. At A Heavenly Home, we believe in boutique, personalized care that honors relationships and the life people have built together.

Over the years, we’ve been blessed to care for several wonderful couples, but MJ and Don will always hold a special place in our hearts.

When Don moved in, he shared three wishes with us:

✨ To be able to take a shower again.
✨ To enjoy a glass of w**e with his wife in the evenings.
✨ To take her on a date to a w**ery one more time.

Thanks to our accessible accommodations and dedicated team, we were able to make all three happen.

One of our favorite memories was taking MJ and Don, along with a few other residents, to Eberle Winery for a w**e tasting. Watching Don beam with pride and joy as he sat beside his wife, sharing a glass of w**e on a real date again, was something none of us will ever forget.

Moments like these remind us that care is about so much more than meeting physical needs. It’s about preserving dignity, honoring love stories, and helping our residents continue making meaningful memories.

At A Heavenly Home, we don’t just care for our residents—we celebrate who they are, the lives they’ve lived, and the relationships that mean the most to them.
