Chestnut Hill Residences by Complete Care had a wonderful time teaming up with our friends from Complete Care At Chestnut Hill and Chestnut Hill Residences by Complete Care to bring fresh fruits and vegetables, valuable resources, and plenty of fun to our neighbors last Friday!

Our friends at Xanadu Adult Medical Day Care filled the room as we handed out bags of fresh produce, shared information about our services, and hosted exciting prize drawings. It was amazing to see everyone enjoying themselves—but even more meaningful to watch genuine connections take place.

Trust isn't always built through numbers or reviews. It comes from real moments that show people they have a team they can count on when the time comes. We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with our community, share a little joy, and remind our neighbors that we’re here , when they need us.

From planning parties decorated to the nines to organizing engaging activities that keep our residents active and connected—and often simply being a listening ear—Takia Jones truly embodies what it means to care for you, completely. She pours her heart into everything she does, going above and beyond simply to see their smiles and know that they are enjoying themselves. Her dedication extends beyond the residents who call our center home, as she has also built meaningful and lasting relationships with their families.

"I enjoy turning ordinary days into joy and purpose while building a family away from family," she said when asked what she loves about the work she does. Takia’s enthusiasm and genuine kindness to those around her make a lasting impact each day. She brings a true sense of community to our Chestnut Hill Residences by Complete Care and we could not be more grateful for all that she does to make our residents feel valued, cared for, and at home.
