The driveway was heating up this afternoon as our Director of Culinary Services, Chef Tom, and Sous Chef, Alan went head-to-head against Tom Joy, from the Suffolk County Police Department, backed by an incredible team from TOA! For one exciting hour, the competition was filled with creativity, teamwork, and plenty of friendly rivalry as residents and staff cheered on every moment. The energy was incredible, and our celebrity guest judges certainly had a tough decision to make! After careful deliberation… 🥁
TEAM ATRIA TOOK HOME THE WIN! A huge thank you to everyone who participated, supported, and helped make our very first Chef Showdown such a memorable event. From the enthusiastic crowd of our residents and staff, the amazing culinary talent on display, and the support from the town, it was truly a day to remember.
