Residents from across our community came together for a cozy fall morning filled with delicious flavors and a little lifelong learning! Everyone enjoyed assorted bagels paired with fall-inspired cream cheese flavors, and seasonal coffee with specialty creamers all while learning fun facts, stories, and fascinating backgrounds about a variety of famous celebrities and notable figures. Let the fall festivities carry on! 🍂🎃🍎🍁

Today, our Director of Engage Life and Culinary set up a harvest tasting table that looks like it came straight out of a food magazine! They pulled out all of the stops when celebrating all things autumn. Residents enjoyed sweet treats like pumpkin mousse, apple biscotti, fall cookies, pumpkin cheesecake blondies and left room for a few savory options as well, like toast points with preserves and a specialty charcuterie board. Our residents and staff had the privilege of attending "Think Pink" weekend at Lasorda Legacy Park honoring legendary MLB manager and Steel Sports Board Member, Bobby Valentine.⚾🎀 This field dedication was not only to honor Bobby Valentine for what he has meant to Steel Sports over the years but also to recognize his relationship with Tommy Lasorda. Residents had the honor of not only attending the ribbon cutting ceremony, but got the opportunity to meet Bobby as well!
