I am so excited about the response and attendance to our first week of FLOW classes! What an amazing group of ladies who were willing to set aside an hour of their busy schedules to learn how to show a little extra love to their bodies!!
We introduced the lymphatic system this week. No worries if you missed it, you can join in next week, as we review the specific 7 areas to work and full body lymphatic exercises.
Ladies don’t forget to practice these throughout the week!
See you next week for Tuesday morning FLOW at 8:30am and Thursday evening FLOW AT 6pm!

Massage Update:
After contacting the state board several times, I finally gave up on them and spoke directly with the new state inspector today. It looks like my information hasn’t made its way into his system yet, despite being told
that it was passed along to him over two weeks ago. I have reached out to the board once again asking them to resend it and we’re hopeful that it will appear early next week.

If everything goes as planned, my inspection could happen later next week! Keep sending those prayers up, and sending all the good vibes!!

Thank you for your patience while I work through the final state requirements. I am more than ready to open the new massage space and get back to doing what I love. As soon as everything is approved, I’ll announce it here and start scheduling appointments at Patterson.

Fingers crossed we’re in the home stretch. Thank you all for sticking with me!

Your next opportunity to experience the new FLOW Wellness class at The Nature Cottage in Patterson will be Thursday, July 9th at 6pm. $8/class
These first few weeks we are focusing on the Lymphatic System.
No experience necessary. Expect gentle movement intended to ease your stiffness and stagnant energy, giving you more mobility, better balance, and helping you deal with stress.

Do you have chronic knee pain?
Researchers at Indiana University are seeking participants for a remote research study examining how a simple self-massage routine and online support may help with chronic knee pain.
Participate from home.
Self-massage routine (10 minutes/day, 4 days/week).
Private, hidden Facebook support group.
4-week program.
Study participants may continue their typical pain management strategies, including professional massage therapy, throughout the study period.
