THURSDAY 10th SEPTEMBER 2026

Today’s card is a bit of a kick up the arse.

I know it isn’t that long since I did a card about looking after ourselves, but maybe that tells us something.

Maybe we need reminding again.

Because we know what makes us feel better.

Drink the bloody water.
Eat something decent.
Move our bodies.
Get outside.
Rest when we’re knackered.

But then life gets busy and somehow we end up right back at the bottom of our own list, surviving, random snacks and pure fu***ng determination.

So here’s the reminder... again.

Grab the apple. Fill the water jug. Open the door and get some air into your lungs.

You don’t need to wait for life to calm the f**k down.

You matter....

Start again today. 🌿💕🌿
