I received 3 nominations, and after reading each story, I quickly realized there was no way I could choose just one. Every single nomination was for an amazing woman who has been a blessing to others in her own way.

A little personal share...🌻🐝

The Lord often uses my own body to teach me and reveal connections.

One morning last week, I woke up and felt led to place my hands on my C-section scar(27years). Scar work is something I occasionally do on myself, but this time felt different.

Every time I explore and work with the body, more pieces seem to fall into place—those little "aha" moments that deepen my understanding.

As I worked on the scar, after a few minutes I began to feel releases. Then, a little while later, I felt a release in my neck.

Y'all... if that doesn't open your eyes to how connected the body truly is, I don't know what will.

A scar isn't always just a scar. Restrictions in one area can create tension and compensation patterns throughout the body. The fascia connects everything, and sometimes when one area begins to release, the effects can be felt somewhere completely different.

The body never ceases to amaze me. God designed it with such incredible wisdom and interconnectedness.

The more I learn, the more I stand in awe of His creation.

2nd hour work

One of the things I love about Structural Integration is helping people understand how connected the body truly is.

During a Session 2 appointment, I was working with a client on her feet, lower legs, and around the knees. As I worked, she began noticing sensations and changes happening all the way up in her neck. She was amazed!

The body isn't a collection of separate parts—it's connected through a web of fascia from head to toe. The feet provide the foundation for the entire body, and when we improve support, balance, and alignment from the ground up, it can create changes throughout the whole structure, including the spine and neck.
When the feet and legs function better, the body often doesn't have to compensate as much higher up the chain. Sometimes releasing restrictions in one area allows another area to let go as well.

It's always fascinating to watch clients experience these connections in real time and realize that where they feel pain isn't always where the root of the issue begins.
The body is wonderfully designed, and when given the opportunity, it knows how to find better balance and support. ❤️🙏🏻

🙌 A Little More Giving 🙌

After the free giveaway for Down to Earth Esthetics' 8-year anniversary, and a sweet client choosing to pay forward her free massage to someone in need, I have felt a gentle nudge from the Lord to keep it going.

God has been doing so much in my heart lately, reminding me that even small acts of kindness can make a big impact.

I want to continue creating opportunities to bless others, share a little love, and bring some joy to those who may need it most.

I don't know exactly where this journey will lead, but I'm excited to follow His direction and see what He does with it. 💜

One of those sessions that reminds me why I love what I do.

This past week, I had a great session with a client who came in open to the process.

Whether you come in with an open mind, no expectations, or after trying everything else and you're finally ready to let go of the pain, something powerful can happen when you're willing to allow change.

Throughout the session, I could actually see their body beginning to respond and shift. At one point, I asked them to take a deep breath into their chest, and there was an audible release that we could both hear. It caught their attention, so I explained that it was completely normal. Sometimes, as restrictions begin to let go and the body starts unwinding, things loosen up and find their proper place again.

Our bodies have an incredible ability to adapt, heal, and move toward balance when given the opportunity.

Moments like these are such a blessing to witness and a reminder that sometimes the body is just waiting for the right opportunity to let go.
