đź’Ľ Professional Wellness Month đź’Ľ

This month, let’s take a moment to prioritize something just as important as deadlines and productivity—our mental health.

Work can be rewarding, but it can also be stressful, overwhelming, and demanding. Taking care of your well-being isn’t a luxury—it’s essential.

✨ Remember to:
âś… Take breaks and recharge
âś… Set healthy boundaries
âś… Reach out when you need support
âś… Practice self-care without guilt

A healthy workplace starts with healthy individuals. When we make mental wellness a priority, we show up stronger—for our teams, our families, and ourselves.

💙 Let’s support one another and create a culture where it’s okay to not be okay—and where help is always encouraged.

CRCC proudly hosted our second annual art contest this past May in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month. This year’s theme, “More Good Days, Together,” —and we’re excited to congratulate our winner, Lexi Muhl of Lake Iroquois!

💚 We are incredibly grateful for Lexi’s willingness to share her artwork and help raise awareness about mental health in our community. Together, we can continue creating more good days for everyone. 💚

CRCC is proud to share this important message about Medication-Assisted Recovery (MAR) from Ford County Recovers- a ROSC Community.

Recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all, and MAR is a safe, evidence-based option that can help people regain stability and move forward in their journey. Everyone deserves access to the care that works best for them.

If you or someone you love is exploring recovery options, know that support is available—and you don’t have to navigate it alone. 💜

How to Access Medication-Assisted Recovery (MAR)
Did you know there are multiple ways to connect with Medication-Assisted Recovery (MAR) services?

MAR uses FDA-approved medications to help restore balance to the brain and body, reduce cravings, improve stability, and support recovery from alcohol and opioid use disorders.

Whether you're looking for local providers, statewide support, or other recovery and community resources, help is available.

Recovery looks different for everyone, and MAR is one of many valid pathways to recovery.

❤️ National CPR & AED Awareness Week ❤️

Did you know that immediate CPR can double or even triple a person’s chance of survival after cardiac arrest? Every second counts—and YOU could be the difference between life and loss.

This week is a reminder to:
âś… Learn CPR
âś… Know how to use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
âś… Take action in an emergency

Most cardiac arrests happen at home, which means it’s often a friend, coworker, or family member who needs help—not a stranger. Being prepared can save someone you love.

Take a few minutes to learn a life-saving skill. It’s simple, powerful, and could make all the difference.

đź’ˇ Be ready. Be confident. Be a lifesaver.
