Mood, food, energy. Three things that shift in midlife, and one honest conversation about why.

Huge gratitude to Carrie Neveldine, Erin Tanner, and Debbie Brosnan, three of our Vetted Konenki Providers, for showing up so openly and sharing what they know. And to everyone who joined us live, we see you. Choosing to invest an hour in yourself is no small thing.

Could not make it this time? You have not missed your chance. More conversations like this are already on the way.

Ever wonder if it’s “just me” or “am I going crazy “?! If this resonates join us on July 31!

Most women in midlife have already tried to fix it. You have cleaned up your diet, pushed through the tired afternoons, and told yourself to just try a little harder. And still, something does not quite add up.

What many women aren't told is that mood, food, and energy in midlife are not separate problems. They move together, across your body, your mind, and your nervous system. When you treat them one at a time, the fixes rarely stick.

If you've wondered why your energy disappears by mid-afternoon, whether what you eat is shaping your mood, or how to feel like yourself again, this conversation is for you.

We're bringing together three Vetted Konenki Providers, each holding a different piece of the picture.

Join us for:
More Than Hormones: Understanding Mood, Food and Energy in Midlife
July 30 | 12:15 PM ET

Featuring:
Erin Tanner, Achieve Mental Health and Wellness
Debbie Brosnan, The Effortless Kitchen
Carrie Neveldine, Vibrant Over 50

Together, they'll explore how mood and medication work together, how what you eat and how you cook can support your energy and hormones, and how tools like EFT tapping and nervous system care help you feel like yourself again.

Because midlife health is layered, and tending to one piece can open things up in the others.

💊💊💊When was the last time you felt completely confident looking at their pill organizer?

As a caregiver, managing a complex medication schedule can feel like carrying a ticking clock. Every new prescription adds another layer of silent worry. If you’ve ever secretly wondered if a medication is doing more harm than good, you aren’t alone. And you don't have to guess anymore.

This Thursday, July 2, join Dr. Donna Bartlett for a gentle, reassuring conversation built just for you. We are pulling back the curtain on polypharmacy (the hidden risks of multiple medications) and giving you the exact, stress-free roadmap on how ✨and when✨to talk to your provider about safely stepping back from unnecessary pills.

Because your peace is our priority, this space is intentionally limited to a small, intimate group. Join us for this essential evening of advocacy and rest.

Freedom is never free. It’s paid for by the bravery and sacrifice of those who never made it home. This Memorial Day, we honor their memory and stand in solidarity with the families who grieve the loss of their heroes. Our hearts are with you today, praying you find solace and strength in the community that remembers and honors their service. Their legacy remains etched in our history and our hearts, never to be forgotten. Hello friends! We are just 2 nights away! Join us this Wednesday, May 6, Inspire Family Medicine as we shift our focus to a vital pillar of caregiving: the medical visit. We are moving away from the noise of rushed appointments and into the art of intentional advocacy. You will gain helpful tools to effectively lead the conversation before, during, and after the visit, ensuring your loved one’s providers hear what they need to know, and you get the answers you deserve to have. This is about reclaiming your voice in the exam room to better support your peace at home.

To integrate this empowerment, we will conclude with a nourishing, feminine-form Kundalini kriya.

This restorative practice is specifically curated to regulate your nervous system, leaving you calm, clear, and deeply connected to your center. Our yoga practice will be seated and gentle, focusing on your internal restoration rather than physical exertion.

Our Mantra for the Evening:
So Hum. I am that I am.

My voice is valuable, my rest is vital, and I am exactly where I need to be. I am that I am.

There is still time to join us! We have thoughtfully prepared every detail for your ease. Simply arrive as you are and just be. You do it all for them. Do this do you.

The medical journey of chronic illness can feel like a heavy, isolated path. On May 6th, we invite you to lay that burden down. We are welcoming Dr. Jenny to our circle to lead a vital discussion on navigating provider visits with intention and grace. Learn how to bridge the gap between what the provider sees in the office and the reality you live at home, gaining the insights necessary to ease your daily responsibilities.

After we arm ourselves with knowledge, we’ll practice Kundalini in its gentle, feminine form. We’re not demanding energy; we’re inviting it to rise through grace.

Imagine a kriya where there is no need to push, fight, or master a rigid shape. Instead, we use slow, undulating spinal waves and a soft, steady breath to signal to your body that it is safe to unlearn its tension. We shift mental clutter into a quiet, steady luminosity, and move from scattered isolation into a felt sense of belonging. This is not a practice of doing; it is the sacred art of allowing yourself to just be 🙏🏻

Because your peace is our priority, this space is intentionally limited to a small, intimate group. Join us for this essential evening of advocacy and rest.
