🏆 PRIMAL ROSE FITNESS SPARTAN TEAM — WE DID IT! 🏆

Today, August 8, 2026, our Primal Rose Fitness team took on the Spartan 5K in Payette, Idaho! And WOW everyone absolutely crushed it even with the smoke and heat!

For 6 (out of 7) of our team members, this was their very first Spartan Race. We tackled 20 obstacles, climbed some BIG hills, pushed through the mud, and challenged ourselves in ways we never have before. There were plenty of moments when we wondered what we signed up for 😂, but we kept pushing and finished STRONG!

And then Gunner, our son, who turned 10 YEARS OLD today! 🎂🥳 He decided he wanted to spend his birthday competing in his very first Spartan Race. Gunner placed 1st in his heat on his FIRST EVER Spartan! We couldn’t be more proud of him and every single person who stepped up and took on this challenge with us. We were also grateful for our cheerleading squad!!!

This is what Primal Rose Fitness is all about - pushing each other, doing hard things, celebrating each other, and becoming stronger together. ❤️🖤💛
