We are excited to announce that we will be hosting an additional sports physical day in the Paynesville School’s!

We are celebrating our 4th annual sports physical campaign to keep the money with the kids! Let us know if your student athlete is in need of a sports physical usually going into 7th and 10th grade.

Note: If your student athlete can’t make it to the in house day they can always set up an appointment at our office and we will honor the donation back to the booster club at any time.

The campaign never ends. Kids come first!

💥 We are on for our 4th Annual Sports Physical Campaign 💥

For those of you looking for sports physicals we are hosting an in house sports physical day at the Eden Valley Watkins HighSchool on Tuesday August 4th starting at 9am. Call to get your kiddo on the books. Please have your child fill out the MSHSL sports physical form ahead of time and bring it with to their physical.

⭐️ Let’s keep the money where it belongs… WITH OUR KIDS!!! ⭐️

Note: Most students that require a sports physical are entering their 7th or 10th grade school year and these are good for 3 years.
You can always have your sports physical at VitaLife any other day if you can’t make it to this in house day and proceeds will still be sent off to your child’s specific booster club.

💛 A Heartfelt Thank You to Kendra 💙

After 7 incredible years serving the VitaLife family and our community, Kendra is beginning an exciting new chapter in her professional journey.

Kendra has been so much more than a massage therapist. She has been a trusted provider, a compassionate listener, and a caring presence for countless patients who have walked through our doors. Her dedication to helping others heal and feel their best has left a lasting impact on VitaLife and on the Paynesville community as a whole.

While we will certainly miss seeing her in the office each day, we are incredibly grateful for the years we’ve had together and are excited to see where her talents and passion lead her next. We know she will continue to do amazing things and positively impact the lives of many others. She will continue to provide massage therapy and CST services through August with a transition plan in place.
