This is dedicated to my Dad and to all who suffer from Alzheimer’s and dementia. ♥️. Please be patient with them. They are still there.

Have patience with me for I am not well.
Sometimes I’ve forgotten where I’ve been so I need you to not correct but to kindly remind me.
Sometimes I will often say things over, do not get frustrated I am not well.
I just need some understanding and compassion.
There will be moments I will often forget.
Please love me and rest assure I will come back after a little while.
I am not lost , I am just not well.
Just love me and remind me you are there
with me to keep me safe and bring me back home.
