We're excited to announce that Mark A. Forney, our Senior Market Director of Sales & Operations, has been appointed to the Sales & Marketing Committee of the International Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association (ICCFA)!
Mark brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the funeral and cemetery profession, with an extensive background in multi-site operations leadership, sales development, financial oversight, and strategic growth initiatives. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational culture, and implementing operational strategies that improve both service excellence and financial performance.
In his current role as Senior Market Director of Sales & Operations, Mark oversees regional operational and sales performance across multiple funeral home locations. He works closely with leadership teams to align market strategies with organizational objectives while fostering accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
