Your doctor sees one piece. Your gym sees another. Your app sees a third. None of them are in the same room, and none of them have ever seen each other’s notes.
Five people watching five pieces of you. Nobody watching you.
That is not a failure of any one of them. Your doctor has ten minutes. Your trainer sees you three hours a week. Your app only knows what you typed in.
It does mean nobody has ever put the whole thing on one table and looked at it at once. And every time you have been told you are fine, it was by somebody holding a corner.
You are not broken. Nobody has looked.
Everything On The Table is week one. Labs, hormones, your plate, your training, your appointments, all of it together, read against optimal ranges rather than the ranges built to catch disease.
Done Starting Over. 120 days, and you start any day in September. First ten women to start get the last thirty days free. Start by the 30th.

You get about ten minutes. Here is how to spend the first ninety seconds of it.

What changed, and when. Not how you feel.
What changed and the date it started. A timeline is a clue. A feeling is not.
What else was happening at the same time. Almost nobody says this part out loud, and it is usually where the answer is.
Then name the test. By name. A specific request is easy to say yes to. A vague one is work, and there is no room for extra work in a ten minute appointment.

Ask for three. Not twelve. Twelve does not read as prepared, it reads as unfocused, and now she is managing you instead of helping you.

And when she tells you your labs are normal: normal is a range, not a number. Ask for the number. It is yours.

None of this is about fighting with your doctor. Most doctors got a handful of hours on menopause in their entire training.

They are working inside ten minutes with a system that never taught them this. That is a curriculum problem, not a character problem, which is exactly why the specific question has to come from you.

That is Walk In Ready. We write yours with you before you go.

Ro, at the end of week four, in her order:

Reading labels.
Measuring.
Drinking the water.
A smidge less bad self talk.
Black beans and raspberries, foods she says she never would have tried. Planks, without cursing me, which she wanted on the record.
Meal prep turning into a habit. Two days of snacks packed at a time.

Then: “And my wedding band & engagement ring fit back on again!!!!”
Four exclamation points.
Hers.

And right at the bottom, almost as an afterthought: “Oh and yes the scale has gone down some as well.”

Read that order again. Eight things came first. The scale was a footnote.

That is what four weeks looks like when somebody builds the habits instead of just cutting the food. The Stack Method: a protein, a carb, a fat, and as many vegetables as you want, built on her numbers.

Tanya, the same week: “I wore 2 pairs of pants this week that I haven’t worn for over a year and they fit perfectly, comfortable and not tight.”
Over a year. She had been walking past those pants for twelve months.
Neither of them is describing a number. They are describing what it feels like to get dressed and recognize yourself

Strict in January. Slipping by March. Stopped by summer.
Back here in the fall wondering what is wrong with you.
Nothing is wrong with you. Nobody has looked.
So here is Done Starting Over. 120 days, and you start any day this month. The 120 runs from your start date, so whenever you begin in September, Thanksgiving and all of December happen inside the program with a coach, instead of three weeks after one finished and left you to it.
Three things happen, and each has a name because we do them the same way for everybody.
Everything On The Table is the looking. Your labs, your hormones, your plate and your training, read together and against optimal ranges rather than the ranges built to catch disease.
On the labs, because this is the part people assume is a barrier: bring the ones you already have, or we help you ask your doctor for the right ones by name, or we help you order them yourself. Three doors. One of them costs you nothing.
The Stack Method is the food. A protein, a carb, a fat, and as many vegetables as you want. No weighing, no app, no math. It works in a restaurant and at your mother’s table and at 9pm when you are tired.
Walk In Ready is the appointment. The written workup you take to your doctor: what is going on, which tests to ask for, and why. So ten minutes is not spent starting from nothing.
Notice what is not on that list. I did not promise you a dress size, or that you will sleep, or that the bloating stops. Those things happen and I am not going to pretend I control when.
What I control is that somebody finally looks, that your plan comes from what she finds, and that you stop walking into appointments empty handed.
The first ten women to start get the last thirty days free. Start by September 30.

Normal is a range. It is not a number.

That range was built to catch disease. It was never built to tell you whether you are doing well, and there is a lot of room between “not sick” and “fine.”

Fasting insulin is the one I think about most. Yours can sit at the very top of normal for years while the weight climbs and your energy goes, and nobody will call you about it, because technically nothing is wrong.

You are not imagining the gap between how you feel and what the page says. The page is answering a different question than the one you asked.

Everything On The Table means all of it at once. Labs, hormones, your plate, your training. Read against optimal, not against the ranges built to catch disease.

“Thank you for helping me prepare in such a way that she actually believes I’m trying and not just making it all up.”

That is what a client wrote to me after the appointment she waited a year for.

Not just making it all up. That is the quiet part, and it sits underneath almost every message I get.

A year of waiting. In a body that had stopped doing what she expected, with nobody checking anything. And what scared
her most going in wasn’t what they might find. It was walking out having been treated like she had invented the whole
thing.

We got her ready. Her timeline, what changed and when, what she had already tried, and the tests she wanted, by name,
with a reason for each one.

Her doctor read it and told her the documentation showed she was invested in her own health.

In every piece of this, for two weeks, you did nothing wrong. You didn’t miss the signs, nobody ever gave you the
list. You didn’t fail to advocate, you did ask, and you got a no from a system that never trained the person sitting
across from you.

You’re not broken. Nobody’s looked.

People assume I’m against these medications. I’m not.

Used well, in the right situation, with the habits already in place, a GLP-1 can break a stall that nothing else is
touching. I have told clients to go ask about one.

Where it goes wrong is when the medication becomes the entire plan.

Nobody built the protein. Nobody built the strength work. Nobody thought about the day she comes off it.

That is how a woman in her sixties loses muscle she cannot afford to lose and lands back where she started, only
weaker.

The medication isn’t the work. It’s the window.

What you do inside the window is the work. The eating, the lifting, the sleep, the protein you are almost certainly
not hitting.

The prescribing is a conversation with your doctor, and for our clients, with our medical partner. Everything built
around it so you keep what you gain, that part is ours.
