You guys, you can set 3 goals or 50 goals, you can set small goals or big goals, but they are nothing but goals unless you take the steps and are consistent, then those goals turn into achievements... but sometimes it is hard. I know, I have been there. It is hard because there is temptation, it is not coming to us as quickly as we would like it, or life happens and it seems like putting our goals on hold is the best option at that time. You can achieve anything your heart desires if your mind is in the same place. You must focus on the end. Be consistent.
