Your pain is real. It’s not in your head. And there IS a path forward.

If you’ve been told your tests are clear, there’s no obvious cause, or simply handed a prescription and sent on your way — you deserve better than that.

Our latest blog covers the two categories of chronic pelvic pain, the conditions most commonly missed or misdiagnosed, and why the brain and nervous system play such a bigger role than most people realize.

You are not making this up. It’s just misunderstood. 🔗 Link in bio.

Still in pain even though you’ve been told everything looks normal?

You’re not imagining it.

This is what’s happening in your body — and why persistent pelvic pain can be so hard to treat without the right help.

It’s not always in the order listed here, it can be back and forth, and the brain changes with persistent pain.

It’s not made up— it’s real pain.

At ReGenerate Physiotherapy we get to the root cause of your pain with one on one care — no cookie cutter treatment, no being passed off to an aide or have treatment in a group setting.

We use a whole body approach including:
• Dry needling
• Visceral mobilization
• Soft tissue & joint work
• Private treatment room, 1-1 care, listening to you

Every person is unique. There is a way through this.

Many people describe prolapse as:

✨ pressure
✨ heaviness
✨ a “something there” feeling

It can also feel like there’s a tampon sitting in the vaginal canal, even when there isn’t.

Some people notice a bulge—often:
✨ in the shower
✨ or when looking with a mirror

Other symptoms can include:
✨ difficulty fully emptying the bladder
✨ needing to shift position to have a bowel movement
✨ feeling like things aren’t fully empty

Prolapse can sometimes be painful, but not always. And symptoms can shift depending on the day, activity, and overall fatigue.

If things feel different, you’re not imagining it. Understanding what you’re feeling is the first step in figuring out what actually helps.

After a pelvic floor therapy assessment, you can better understand what type and stage of prolapse may be present—and what your next steps to help could look like.

Leak during a workout?
Feel pressure or heaviness?
Rushing to the bathroom or going more often than you’d like?
Notice your hips or low back flare up with certain movements?

These can all be signs of pelvic floor dysfunction—and they’re more common than you think.

We’re hosting a Pelvic Floor Workshop at where we’ll break down how your pelvic floor works with your core, bladder, and bowel, why symptoms show up with exercise, and what you can actually do about it.

We’re also creating a space to learn things most people aren’t taught until something feels off—and even then, the solutions aren’t always that helpful. This is about understanding your body sooner and having better options.

You’ll leave with simple, practical strategies you can use right away in workouts and daily life.

Open to members and non-members—we highly recommend Fit Body if you’re looking to get stronger and feel more supported in your workouts.
