The result of older music genres that came before it rock ‘n’ roll is about creativity and expressing oneself by working with a group. Just like what we do at Healing with Art N Sound as our sessions also free bottled up emotions and pull out stress with group work and artistic input.

Memorial Day can bring pride, grief, gratitude, and heaviness all at once. Today we honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice while also holding space for the mental and emotional weight many carry. Thank you for all of those who have served.
