Village Park was designed to give residents a sense of community and the kind of security, warmth, and friendliness you feel in a small town or village. What is Village Park Senior Living’s philosophy?:
Village Park communities are designed to give residents a sense of community and the kind of security, warmth and friendliness you feel in a small town or village. We are so excited to be part of t
he new City of Peachtree Corners. There is so much happening to bring new and innovative ideas to the city. Mayor Mason recently spoke about the new town center and the Livable Centers Initiative as several of the Cities new initiatives and that will put our community and its resident’s right in the middle of it all. Our location less than a mile from the Forum, on the same street as the Post Office and Library and around the corner from the Fowler YMCA. What’s unique about the Peachtree Corner’s community?:
The community is being built on nine acres. The campus will include the main building that will be licensed as Assisted Living and will offer 109 apartment homes for Independent residents as well as those needing Assisted Living and Memory care. There will be a hair salon, pool, fitness center, on-site physical therapy, dining room, cafe, outdoor dining patio and chapel. In the gated section of the campus there are eight 2 bedroom/2 bath cottages which are approximately 1600 square feet and 19 homes with garages with amenities such as coffered 10’ ceilings, fireplaces, master sun room suites, hardwood floors, granite counter tops and stainless appliances and more. All of our homes, cottages and apartments are leased and provide full service amenities such as restaurant style dining, utilities, weekly housekeeping, and linen service, free scheduled transportation, emergency response system and a wide variety of activities from concerts to theater, dinner outings, entertainment, a wellness program and more. Additionally there will be a theater with an outdoor amphitheater for outdoor entertainment and events. Walking paths and gardens will enhance the grounds on the campus. The cottages and homes will appeal to those more independent residents who still drive and are very active, yet still want the safety and security of knowing that if they need additional services, we can provide them.
