✨ I’m back… and my heart is full. ✨

Over the past couple of weeks, I stepped away for some much-needed spiritual maintenance—a time to rest, reconnect, pray, reflect, and refill my own cup. Just as I encourage others to care for their energy, I believe it’s important that I do the same.

Thank you to everyone who gave me the space to recharge and for all of your love, patience, and support. It means more than you know. 💜

✨ A Little Pause for Spiritual Maintenance ✨
To continue showing up as the best version of myself for each of you, I’ll be taking some time to rest, reconnect, and refill my own cup.
🌙 I will be pausing from July 17th through July 27th for spiritual maintenance—a time to unplug, reflect, heal, and realign.
I truly believe that we can’t pour from an empty cup, and honoring these moments of rest allows me to return with renewed energy, deeper intuition, and an even greater capacity to hold space for those I serve.
Thank you for your love, patience, and understanding while I take this sacred time.
I’ll be back on July 28th, refreshed and ready to continue this beautiful journey together.
