PARADE LINEUP INFORMATION – WEST OF THE PECOS RODEO PARADE

As we prepare for the 2026 West of the Pecos Rodeo Parade, we want to make sure everyone knows where to line up and what to expect on parade day.

📅 Wednesday, June 24, 2026
⏰ Lineup Begins at 8:00 AM
🎉 Parade Starts at 10:00 AM

🚩 IMPORTANT LINEUP INFORMATION:
All parade participants, with the exception of Classic Cars, will line up in the dirt area adjacent to the train tracks as shown on the lineup map.

🚗 Classic Cars will stage separately on Adam’s Street.

🐎 Horses will have a designated staging area at the north end of the lineup.

➡️ We ask all parade participants to approach the lineup area by driving north on Highway 17 and to watch for directional signs and parade volunteers who will assist you in entering the lineup area. This will help ensure everyone is placed in the correct location and keep traffic flowing safely and efficiently.

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY REMINDER ⚠️

Highway 17 will remain OPEN to normal traffic during lineup. It will not be closed prior to the parade start. We ask all participants to use extreme caution when entering, exiting, and staging in the lineup area, as there will be regular vehicle traffic traveling on the highway right up until the parade begins.

🦺 Safety is our top priority for all participants, volunteers, spectators, and law enforcement personnel. Your patience, cooperation, and attention to volunteers and signage will help ensure a safe and successful parade for everyone involved.

Thank you for helping us make this year’s parade a success as we celebrate our 2026 theme:
