💐Introducing Kati💐

Stepping into the role of PCC this summer, Kati will help to foster a trusting and warm environment. With her bright smile, patience, and authentic desire to help deliver care for our community, she is a natural extension to the Oak Mountain Hearing family.

Kati will be working the reception desk Tuesdays-Fridays, so when you visit or call, give her a warm welcome.

🎓Kati is a rising Senior at Samford University studying Communication Sciences and Disorders, graduating in May 2027, and will continue her educational career in an AuD graduate program.

Outside the clinic, you might find her lounging by a body of water with a glass of sweet tea and good mystery book. 📚

☀️SUMMER SCHEDULE UPDATE☀️

Our beloved PCC, Angela, will be taking some time off to spend the summer with her kids and excitingly, begin schooling to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist!

Don't worry, she will still be here on Mondays and will be back in office full time when summer is over. Over the last two weeks, Angela has been training our new PCC, Kati. Angela has worked to ensure our patients will continue to be taken care of, heard, and spoiled.

Next time you call or stop in to the clinic, make sure to give Kati a warm welcome to the family! 💕
