This week, we’re slowing things down a little, focusing on stretches and poses that support the sciatic nerve—but there’s a bigger lesson here…

We’re so used to thinking that progress means pushing harder, going further, and doing more.

But taking care of yourself isn’t stepping away from the work—it’s part of the work. 🧘‍♀️

Plow Pose begins with a shoulder stand. Skipping this step leads to a rounded spine, compressing the diaphragm and making it difficult to breathe. Feet do not have to reach the floor behind and hands can remain at the hips.
