Old Main Pharmacies is proud to be part of this cherished tradition and even prouder to serve the small communities of Robeson County. Giving back to the people who have supported us over the years is one of our greatest privileges.

This year was especially meaningful as we celebrate America’s 250th anniversary while also celebrating our Lumbee heritage and the strength of our community. We were also proud to have a special milestone to celebrate—our mother-and-daughter pharmacist team! Seeing the next generation continue a passion for caring for our community is a blessing beyond words.
