Executive Director Tina set out to deliver the Chandler Cocktail today, however, unbeknownst to her, it was a truly windy day over here in Wind Gap! She set out and the wind grabbed her papers, then the cocktail cups started flying away, next August calendars got picked up in the wind, then her tumbler went following along, even the cocktails in pitchers went flying!! Needless to say, we got folks on the inside today and we will be back out again this month with better weather! 😂😂🍃Thanks to Exec Director Tina for braving the wind!

Wow! Koi fish, lily pads, and banana trees!

Recently, Albanese Garden Center and Florist let us walk around and see all of their beautiful nature. It was a wonderful day where we saw huge koi fish, 4 leaf clovers, and a banana tree. We had a great time!

Our residents visited the Summer of Sound at Wind Gap Park, where we saw Joey and the T-Birds perform live 50s and 60s Doo-Wop.

We danced, sang and laughed with one another and the Wind Gap community! It was a beautiful day where we all came together and because of all the fun we had, we are going back in August!

On Satursday July 18, we celebrated our staff!

Our staff appreciation event was full of laughs and fun. 3 of our staff members received awards in recognition and appreciation of their compassion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to those who care for others every day. We spent this day together with our families and some of the residents. We had a dunk tank, in which we dunked our Executive Director, Tina and also some of our family!

A big shout out and thank you to Ellen and her sister from Serenity Hospice, not only did they volunteer time, but they brought food and drinks to our outside time! Thank you, Serenity Hospice!

Thank you to everyone who came and to everyone who had a hand in getting this together!
