Need a reason to start taking your skin health seriously? Think about it this way- you aren’t just FIGHTING time, you’re INVESTING in it.

This doesn’t mean you need to spend an arm and a leg every 5 weeks. It doesn’t meant you need to panic. But you should start thinking more long- term.

Where to start?? 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
In this order:
- Find a good Licensed Esthetician with experience. Why? It’s important to get a skincare regimen from someone whose eyes and hands have seen & touched your skin and knows what they’re doing. Use the link in my bio to book with me.
- Within that skincare regimen, buy the Vitamin C and Vitamin A first. Yes, they’re often the most expensive. But they’re also the most concentrated. HEY…Do you want to see those big results? Invest in yourself & in the knowledge of your LE. And if you don’t have an SPF yet- GET ONE ASAP.
- Go see your LE every 5-7 weeks. Get on a treatment plan, tell them your budget, and make a plan. Whether you are going in for the Express every 5 weeks or doing the SBLJ Signature every 5 weeks, be doing something!! Again, this does not have to completely obliterate your budget. A good LE will work with you!

Last week was such a big week. It wasn’t necessarily a busier week… just a lot of emotions. I have some stuff going on and my clients have some stuff going on. I had two clients tell me they were pregnant and one that got engaged, one is putting her mother into hospice care, another one has two sick kids that have been home all week but she came anyway because she needed a mental break.. truly the list goes on and on.

The point of this is to let each of you know it is not lost on me how special my position is in your lives. I get to be the the confidant… I get to share in all of the life experiences- the good, the sad, the frustrating, and everything in between! I’ve had clients for years- and some over a decade- who have become like family and we covet our time together. It’s always been about more than just your skin for me. Yes, that is the meat and potatoes of our relationship…. I can’t let you go through the most important experiences of your life with dull skin that is in dire need of exfoliation. But it turns into so much more than that. If you’re one of mine, you know❤️

To all of my clients reading this, just know how thankful and grateful I am for each of you and for the lives we get to grow through with one another. It takes a village to move through such seasons, especially in today’s world!
