Smoky, hazy days can make it harder to see clearly—and they can take a toll on your eyes, too. 🌫️👓

When air quality drops, your eyes may feel dry, irritated, or more sensitive than usual. Taking a few simple steps can help protect your vision and keep you comfortable:

• Wear sunglasses or protective eyewear when outdoors to shield your eyes from particles
• Limit time outside when smoke or haze is heavy
• Use lubricating eye drops to help with dryness and irritation
• Keep windows closed and use air filtration indoors when possible
• Avoid rubbing your eyes, which can make irritation worse

If your eyes feel persistently uncomfortable or your vision seems affected, it’s always a good idea to have them checked.
