CarDon leadership and the team at Rawlins House were joined by Joe Ondrejko from the Alzheimer’s Association and State Representative Ethan Lawson to celebrate this year’s fundraising campaign! 💜

Through the incredible fundraising efforts of the Rawlins House team, more than $37,000 was raised to support the fight to end Alzheimer’s disease.

We are so proud of everyone who helped make this incredible achievement possible! Thank you to our residents, families, associates and community members for your generous support. 💜

We’re kicking off Assisted Living Week with plenty of fun! 🎉

⚾ Day One: All Things Baseball! Our residents enjoyed a day filled with baseball-themed fun, bringing a little bit of America’s favorite pastime right to the community.

🎰 Day Two: Casino Day! The fun continued as our residents tried their luck at a casino experience right here at the community! From games to good times, it was a great way to spend the day together.

Everyone joined in by dressing up like Dolly, enjoying some of her favorite comfort foods and watching a Dolly Parton movie together.

We recently received a heartfelt message from a family about Michelle, a QMA at Rawlins House who has been part of our team for nearly 8 years.

Michelle is currently a full-time student working toward becoming an LPN, but even while balancing school and work, she continues to bring the same loving, compassionate care to our residents.

One family shared that Michelle has a “loving and caring heart” and that caring for others is more than a job to her - she does it “with her whole heart.” They told us that Michelle has been a blessing to their entire family and that they know their mom is in good hands with her.

They also shared how Michelle goes beyond her duties, showing patience, kindness and genuine care, even in challenging situations. They called her an “incredible model for other caregivers to emulate.”

Michelle, thank you for the heart you bring to your work every day. We are so grateful to have you on the Rawlins House team and can't wait to see you reach your goal of becoming an LPN!
