What an honor it was to speak at the Women’s Empowerment Brunch this weekend! ✨

I shared on the boundaries of self-love and the power of remembering that when you say “No,” you are really saying “I matter.”

We often pour so much into others that we forget our own worth. But true love, God’s love teaches us that protecting our peace, setting boundaries, and honoring ourselves is not selfish… it’s necessary. 💜

Thank you to every beautiful woman who came with open hearts. The room was filled with strength, resilience, and grace, and I left so inspired. 🌸
