Dear Patients,
Juliet de Campos, MD will close this practice as of March 31, 2026.
After this date, no further care or provision of prescriptions will be provided. You will need to find another orthopaedic surgeon. Your primary care provider can refer you to another specialist.
Your medical records will remain confidential and available in accordance with Florida law.
Until 3/31/2026, your records can be downloaded from the practice portal via the website julietdecamposmd.com.
Records will be retained for at least 5 years from your last date of treatment, as required by Florida law.
It has been a privilege to provide your orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine care. For my patients who are now friends, I will remain in Pensacola, teach orthopaedics, volunteer, consult, and travel to spend time with family.
