🚨 Y'll heard it here first — our 12th Avenue Pediatrics location will be BACK IN BUSINESS on Friday!

That's every Community Health Northwest Florida open, save for the two school clinics. Incredible work by our staff and providers, all of whom have their own hurricane cleanup to contend with. And thank you again to our patients for your, erm, patience. We're so happy to be back to near-full strength for you!

Today we're grateful for Transformation Church, Wood Fruitticher Food Service and Mercy Chefs for helping to bring a much-needed hot meal to our staff at our Milton, Palafox and Waterfront Mission locations. It makes a world of difference as we all get back to normal. (And we still have plans for our other sites — hang in there, everyone!)

🚨 Our Adult/Family Care and Pharmacy at 1400 N. Palafox Street will be open for business as usual on Thursday, Oct. 15! (That's tomorrow.) That also includes labs and X-ray.

Thanks to everyone who helped to get it up and running again, and our staff for doing everything they could to help make sure we can fill the needs of our patients!

We'll see y'all there on Thursday.

As promised, we're expanding our post-storm availability on TUESDAY, October 13. Here's our list of what will be open during our regular business hours, and services that will be available.

✅ 2315 W. Jackson Street: Pediatrics and Adult/Family care for patients with existing appointments, plus walk-in service for those without appointments. Walk-in service will close at 5 p.m. Pharmacy is open. Lab services are available today. X-ray will be available starting Wednesday.
✅ 6671 Caroline Street, Milton: Pediatrics and Adult/Family care for if you already have an appointment for Monday. Scheduled dental services also will be open. Pharmacy is open.
✅ Trinity Pediatrics/Pediatric Convenient Care, 5375 North Ninth Avenue: Pediatrics.
🆕 Century, 6021 Industrial Boulevard: Adults, pediatrics.
🆕 Highway 90 Pediatrics, 4435 Highway 90 in Pace.
🆕 Fairfield Dental, 1295 W. Fairfield Drive in the Health Department building.
🆕 Bayou Boulevard Pharmacy, 4350 Bayou Boulevard next to Baskin Robbins.
🆕 Waterfront Rescue Mission, 350 Herman Street: Primary care.

We're continuing to see patients at our Jackson Street, Milton and Trinity/Pediatric Convenient Care sites today. We anticipate additional sites coming back online on Tuesday and will have an update later Monday.
