Welcome to Prismatic Enterprises! Finding inspiration in the visual of a Prism led to the creation of Prismatic Enterprises - a fitness pedagogy that is dedicated to inclusivity versus exclusivity. This methodology finds its foundation in Pilates, but expands to include the benefits of TRX, Meditation, and Yogic modalities. The definition of Prismatic is:

ptical prism, varied and brilliant. Drawing from this definition as a visualization to suit our personal and professional practices, noting that we continue to be formed by our experiences while being given the opportunity to separate that which does not serve our highest need, allows us to continue to distribute our energies in ways that make a positive impact. Ever changing and evolving, we welcome the variety of brilliant people we have been given the opportunity to work with thus far and those we will assist in the future. We continue to form our training around the Pilates' core principles, and use its incredibly rich spectrum of movement to support our client's success. Adding to this foundation with other modes of fitness allows for wholistic athleticism, furthering personal well-being. As we are all multifaceted, Prismatic Enterprises embraces the uniqueness of every individual and endeavors to help each client attain their goals from where they are currently. No Competition.

Forever ornaments 🎄 Every year we use glitter foam paper & puffy paint to make decorations and handmade gifts 🎁
has been with us nearly 8 Christmases, and she is by far the most beautiful, loving, cherished gift we have ever been given. She epitomizes and the spirit of the holidays year round🕊
