Avanza Medical Research Center is hiring a Part-Time Afternoon Receptionist!

As the first friendly face our patients and visitors see, this role is essential to creating the welcoming, compassionate environment we're known for. We're looking for someone who is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

🕒 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
💲 Pay: $16-$18 per hour
📍 Location: Avanza Medical Research Center

In this role, you'll:
✨ Welcome and assist patients and visitors
📅 Schedule and confirm appointments
📋 Maintain accurate records and documentation
🤝 Support our clinical and research teams
💙 Help create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors
