Funny to see so many scientific articles and post coming up about this subject! Very exciting!

I put this article together in February after another TRE training because I was seeing so many connections to other bodies of work and the information wasn’t being explained anywhere where I was reading.
The practice of TRE and my recent method or living Temple, meditation or what it was called in years before the kundalini activation reset along with many other practices, including cold, plunges, sauna usage, and fitness practices, including kundalini yoga, are all activities that help you (hopefully) safely meet and expand your nervous system capacity for stress. Doing it in a way that moves your body helps to release the past patterns that have tightened your muscles into certain guarding reflexes overtime.

As a practitioner I try my best to keep my cup full for my clients but this season has been the hardest to balance. So much to learn and I might as well educate while I’m at it!

So cheers to my Karens and Jessica’s! We can do this ladies, prioritize your self care, come and see me if you’re in a melt down and need a breather… communicate your boundaries and guard your luteal phase peace 🤪✌️

Personally I started a low dose HRT from an online company and couldn’t be happier with the balance it’s provided, I was starting to feel like a crazy person 😅
