Today for supper we are having a fan favorite! A light seasonal salad featuring tender, juicy chicken breast slices, creamy, salty feta, and freshly sliced red strawberries to give the salad that summery flare. Red onion and pecans are added for a little zing and crunch! Also on the menu tonight we’re having grilled ham and cheese sandwiches with cheddar and havarti, piled high on thickly sliced Italian bread. Residents may also choose to start their meal with a homemade creamy corn chowder, another crowd pleaser. To top the whole meal off, for dessert we are having sliced pound cake with whipped cream and lots of fresh, locally sourced blueberries.
