Strong partnerships create healthier communities!

A special thank you to Baptist Faith Health Network for providing us blood pressure cuffs!

Through this partnership, patients are receiving blood pressure cuffs to help monitor and manage their blood pressure at home, empowering them to take an active role in their health. We also appreciate their support in providing CPR education, equipping our volunteers/students with lifesaving skills that can make a difference in an emergency.

Together, we’re offering health and hope through access to care, promoting prevention, and building healthier communities—one patient at a time.

Our Community Outreach Team was on the move at the PCS Outreach Ministries Community Vision Back-to-School Bash, connecting with parents and families to raise awareness about opioid overdose prevention and access to healthcare.

Throughout the event, we provided:
• Opioid overdose prevention education
• Narcan education and information on how it can save lives
• Blood pressure screenings
• Resources for accessing medical and mental health services
• Information about our wellness classes and support groups

Every conversation is an opportunity to educate, reduce stigma, and connect individuals and families with the care and resources they need. By increasing awareness and improving access to care, we can work together to build a healthier, safer community.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth. We are committed to meeting our community where they are and providing hope, education, and support.

Today, we were honored to host another high school student from Okaloosa County through the Public Health Scholars Program.

With today’s visit, four students have now participated in the Health and Hope Clinic experience, gaining valuable exposure to compassionate, community-based healthcare.
