👩‍⚕️ We are proud to share that Stephanie Thompson, our Assistant Director of Nursing, was one of 36 hand-selected nurses in the state of Florida to be invited/attend Florida Health Care Association's Executive Nursing Leadership Academy. 🩺

The two-day program covered key aspects of nurse leadership, including staff development, team building, and risk management. Participants also explored strategies to strengthen resident-centered care, improve clinical outcomes and support quality improvement, reducing rehospitalizations, wound care, and infection prevention. Thank you for being the amazing leader you are, Stephanie. Our facility is lucky to have you! 😁

We will be collecting donations for our Thanksgiving Food Drive starting on October 12th through November 13th. 🍝🥫🧃 All food donations will go to Manna Food Pantries to help our community in need this Thanksgiving.
