Misty was born and raised in Oklahoma.
She has been practicing as an Occupational Therapy Assistant for over 10 years and is currently finishing her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Misty has been serving the pelvic health community for over 3 years and is certified as a pre- and postnatal corrective exercise specialist, sexuality and intimacy specialist, and certified lymphedema therapist.
As a mother of three, she personally experienced pelvic floor–related symptoms that affected her ability to fully enjoy daily activities and significantly impacted her mental health. This lived experience sparked her passion to bridge the gap in women’s health by providing a safe, supportive space where women feel heard, educated, and empowered. Misty is deeply committed to helping women reconnect with their bodies, restore confidence, and return to the activities they love—without shame, fear, or limitation.
