Effective September 1, 2026, our practice will no longer be in-network with Simply Healthcare Medicaid.

Over the past several months, we made every effort to preserve our participation with this plan. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach an agreement, and our participation in the network will end on September 1.

If Simply Healthcare Medicaid is your current insurance plan, you have two options:
1️⃣Transfer your care to an in-network provider. Please contact Simply Healthcare Medicaid at 844-406-2396 or visit their website at simplyhealthcareplans.com to locate a participating dermatologist.
2️⃣Continue your care with us as a self-pay patient. Our team is happy to discuss self-pay pricing and payment options.

If you choose to transition your care, we are happy to provide a copy of your medical records upon request.
