✨ **July Birth Announcement** ✨

What. A. Month.

In July, we had the incredible honor of welcoming **EIGHT** beautiful new little lives into the world. 🤍

Our biggest baby weighed an amazing **12 lbs 1 oz**, while our smallest little one arrived at **7 lbs 2 oz**. We celebrated the births of **5 girls and 3 boys**, and **half of our mothers were first-time moms** beginning the beautiful journey into parenthood.

The longest labor stretched over **five days**, while the shortest was just **five hours**—a reminder that no two birth stories are ever the same. Each journey unfolded in its own time, exactly as it was meant to.

We are endlessly proud of these women and the strength they showed through every contraction, every moment of uncertainty, and every victory. Let’s hear it for these incredible mothers who trusted their bodies and birthed their babies naturally—including our amazing **12-pound, 1-ounce** little one. What an incredible testament to the power and capability of the birthing body.

To every family who invited us into one of the most intimate and life-changing moments you’ll ever experience—thank you. Thank you for trusting us, for allowing us to walk beside you, and for welcoming us into your stories.

It is never something we take for granted.

Congratulations to our July families. We are so proud of you, so thankful for you, and so incredibly blessed to do this work.

Here’s to eight beautiful beginnings and a lifetime of love. 🌿🤍

There is so much power in waiting.

In a world that often encourages us to rush, birth reminds us that some of the most beautiful things simply cannot be hurried.

As long as momma and baby remain healthy, low risk, and continue to thrive, allowing labor to begin on its own gives your body and your baby the time they were designed to have. Those last days and weeks of pregnancy are filled with important growth, development, and preparation—for both of you.

Every extra day your baby needs in the womb is another opportunity for their lungs, brain, and body to mature. At the same time, your body is continuing to prepare for labor in ways we can’t always see.

Waiting isn’t “doing nothing.” It’s trusting. It’s growing. It’s preparing.

At Wild Rose, we believe in supporting the natural rhythm of pregnancy while carefully monitoring the health of both momma and baby. When everything is healthy, sometimes the best plan is simply to wait.

Because your baby isn’t late—they’re arriving right on time.

🤍 Safe.
🤍 Supported.
🤍 Strong.

My team and I helped welcome two sweet babies into the world within 13.5 hours last night and this morning. Two strong, powerful mommas surrounded by love and support as they surrendered to the process and incredible work of bringing their babes Earthside.
Both nurses. Both with a huge belief in natural, uninterrupted labor, birth, and postpartum. Both babies born safely and simply at home. Both so cheesy (lots of vernix)!
One of these mommas is my cousin and this was the first time I’ve had the honor to be the Midwife for a family member. So special. I’m so thankful.
Just overflowing with gratitude that both of these mamas allowed this Midwife to accompany them on such an intimate journey. And I’m thankful to have my Midwife sister Sheradia Seek to do this work with. What a team we have at Wild Rose Birth & Wellness Sanctuary

There is something so sacred about creating a space where a mother can simply be.

A place where she doesn’t have to hold it all together. Where she can laugh, cry, celebrate, grieve, ask questions, sit in silence, or simply breathe—and know that every emotion is welcome.

This is what midwifery has always been about.

It isn’t just prenatal appointments or catching babies. It’s building a relationship rooted in trust, so that through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond, a mother knows she has somewhere safe to land. Somewhere she will always be seen, heard, and deeply cared for.

Watching this sweet mama find comfort here during her postpartum visit was one of those quiet reminders of why we do what we do. Healing doesn’t end when the baby is born, and neither should the support.

What an incredible privilege it is to walk alongside women during some of the most vulnerable, transformative moments of their lives. To witness their strength, hold space for their hearts, and remind them that they never have to carry it all alone.

To every mama who has trusted us with your journey—thank you. It is one of life’s greatest honors to care for you, not just as a patient, but as a whole person.

✨ Meet the newest member of the Wild Rose Wellness Sanctuary family ✨

At Wild Rose, we’re intentionally creating more than a healthcare practice—we’re building a wellness sanctuary that feels like home. A place where compassionate providers work together to care for the whole person through every season of life.

We’re so excited to welcome Evan Wes Boydstun, FDN-P, to our family!

Evan is a Board Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner who specializes in identifying and addressing the root causes of chronic health concerns rather than simply managing symptoms.

He supports clients with:
🌿 Fertility & preconception wellness
🤍 Postpartum recovery
🌿 Gut health
🤍 Hormone imbalances
🌿 Thyroid dysfunction
🤍 Metabolic health
🌿 Fatigue, brain fog & low energy

Using advanced functional testing—including GI-MAP, DUTCH hormone testing, mycotoxin testing, comprehensive bloodwork, and other specialty labs—Evan creates personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement plans designed specifically for your body’s unique needs.

While he has a special passion for supporting women through fertility and postpartum, Evan also cares for men and teens (13+) seeking answers for hormone, gut, thyroid, and metabolic concerns.

If you’ve been searching for answers and are ready to take a deeper look at your health, we’d love for you to meet Evan. He offers a complimentary discovery call to help you determine your next steps.

✨ Welcome to the Wild Rose family, Evan! We can’t wait for our community to experience the thoughtful, root-cause care you provide.
