Olivia brings a strong background in long-term care leadership, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and clinical performance. With prior experience as a Vice President and Regional Nurse Consultant, she has a proven ability to strengthen operations, support clinical teams, and drive sustainable outcomes across multiple facilities.

Olivia also currently serves on both the Florida Health Care Association Performance Excellence Council and Senior Clinicians Council, helping advance clinical standards and best practices across the state. We are excited to have her leadership and expertise as Kerem Health continues to grow.
