How often are you rucking??
Rucking for women is extremely beneficial!
- Builds full body strength
- Boosts bone density
- Fights osteoporosis
- increases caloric burn
All you need to get started is any backpack and some weight. Not even a ruck or plates. You can use your old jansport and some books.
I do recommend a Go Ruck back if do decide you like rucking as they’re built for comfort while loaded and built to withstand the weight.
As for my leash - it’s our favorite! As you can see it doesn’t get in the way while my pack is loaded. I don’t have to worry about trying to keep a hold on her if something pops up where I need both my hands.
Rucking is easy and enjoyable for all of us!
