🚨Important Update: New Pre-IV Process Beginning Monday, July 27🚨

To continue providing safe, high-quality care while staying compliant with evolving healthcare laws and regulations, we are implementing a new pre-IV process for all appointments.

Before each IV session, you will receive an email containing a secure link to complete your health history and consent forms.

The good news is that after your first submission, your information will automatically populate for future visits, making the process quick and easy. If anything in your medical history has changed, you’ll have the opportunity to update it before your appointment.

Every submission is personally reviewed and approved by our Medical Director prior to your infusion. This ensures your current health history is evaluated and approved by a physician before every treatment, helping us provide the safest and highest quality care possible.

We’re excited to bring convenient infusion therapy services directly to the clinic serving our rural and surrounding community in Molino!

Our goal is to have IV clinic days starting at 1-2x per month and possibly more with growing interest!

On a more personal note:

Some days, finding time to work out feels impossible. The excuses are easy to make, but the commitment you make to yourself matters more!!

Today looked like this: an overnight hospital shift, 40 minutes of sleep, an IV appointment, another hour of rest, a business meeting, errands, and I didn’t get home until 9:15 p.m.

I wanted to skip it. I wanted to sit down and call it a day. But I made a promise to myself to show up, so I did.

Was it perfect? Not even close. I’m still trying to figure out those full Turkish get-ups! But perfection isn’t the goal, consistency is.

Every workout won’t be your best. Every day won’t be easy. But every time you choose to keep showing up, you’re building discipline, confidence, and the person you want to become.

Keep the promises you make to yourself. Those are the ones that change your life.

And with that I say goodnight! 💤
