A huge THANK YOU to Wes & Southern Construction Solutions for the beautiful renovations at Windermere Assisted Living & Memory Care! 💙

From our refreshed dining area and new floors to the gray doors throughout the kitchen and assisted living wing, the transformation is beautiful! We also updated areas with a gorgeous white & gray marble swirl flooring, commercial-grade rubber baseboards, new light fixtures, vanities, and more.

We love how fresh, bright, and updated everything looks! 🦢💙

And we’re not finished yet… Memory Care Wing renovations coming Spring 2027! 👏

🍽️A Day of Delicious Meals at Windermere! 🦢

At Windermere Assisted Living & Memory Care, mealtime is about more than just food—it’s about comfort, familiar favorites, and meals our residents can look forward to throughout the day.

🌅 Breakfast: Strawberry Belgian waffles topped with fresh strawberries, powdered sugar and syrup, served with crispy bacon and fresh banana. 🍓🧇🥓🍌

☀️ Lunch: Homemade chicken salad on a buttery croissant with creamy coleslaw, crispy chips, and a homemade peanut butter cookie for dessert. 🥐🥗🍪

🌙 Dinner: Lemon pepper fish served with seasoned green beans & potatoes, a fresh dinner roll, and strawberry-banana pudding topped with whipped cream. 🍋🐟🍓🍌

Breakfast, lunch, dinner—and something sweet! ❤️ Good food, variety, and a little taste of home are all part of taking care of our residents.

Congratulations to our July Employee of the Month, Alicia “AJ!” 💙

Known to everyone as AJ, she is the heart of resident advocacy at Windermere. AJ has a true passion for caring for our residents and consistently puts their needs, comfort, dignity, and happiness first. Her compassionate heart and genuine love for those she serves make her an irreplaceable part of our family.

AJ is incredibly dedicated and wears many hats at Windermere. Whether she’s working as a Personal Caregiver, Medication Supervisor, Housekeeper, or On-Call Manager, she approaches every responsibility with professionalism, dependability, and a servant’s heart. She willingly works both day and night shifts, is flexible with her schedule, and is always ready to step in wherever she is needed.

A true team player, AJ leads by example through her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to help others. Her dedication to our residents and support of her coworkers never goes unnoticed.

🍊🫐 A homemade breakfast made with love!

Nothing starts the day quite like a fresh, home-cooked meal. This morning our residents enjoyed homemade blueberry cakes, eggs with spinach and cheese, and fresh orange 🍊 and lemon 🍋 slices.

Good food, great company, and plenty of smiles—just another wonderful morning at Windermere Assisted Living & Memory Care, where every day begins with care, comfort, and a little extra love. ❤️
