I’m back.

Five days in a villa in Tuscany with some of the sharpest founders and operators in the country will do something to you. It did something to me.

I came back with more — more education, more connections, more tools, and something harder to name but easy to feel. A freedom that allows me to show up for you at a level I couldn’t before.

The Will Well is a growth-focused, elevated wellness studio in Pensacola and we’re looking for one therapist who’s ready to be part of something bigger than a treatment room.

This is for someone who:

• Has real skill and wants to sharpen it further
• Wants structure, mentorship, and a clear path forward
• Is curious about innovative recovery modalities beyond massage
• Understands that building deep in one strong environment creates more momentum than spreading thin across many
• Is ready to grow in craft, in income, and in impact

Start out Compensation:

• $15/hourly base (that’s downtime pay too)
• $30–$42+ per massage hour
• 100% gratuity
• Performance-based advancement path

You’ll have systems, support, and a studio that’s actively expanding what wellness looks like in this market.

We train. We mentor. We build careers.
