THE NEW AREVIR FIT DROP IS LIVE.
Built for a Higher Calling.
This drop is more than apparel.
Every purchase helps us continue building Arevir Fit Kids — our faith-based fitness program for kids and homeschool families.
We’re growing, our classes are growing, and we already know we’re going to need more room very soon.
When you support Arevir Fit apparel, you’re helping us move toward that next step: more space, more kids, more classes, and a stronger fitness community built around faith, discipline, and confidence.
The new collection features oversized fits, military-stencil artwork, Scripture-inspired designs, clean AF chest logos, and bold back graphics.

💪🏽 Strong body. Strong mind. Strong spirit.

This crew showed up this morning and put in the work! 🙌🏽

We believe taking care of the body God has given us is part of good stewardship—and sometimes faithfulness looks like simply showing up and doing the work.

You don’t have to be in shape. You don’t have to have it all together. Just come as you are, give your best, and let’s get stronger together. 👊🏽

🔥 FREE Adult Workout
⏰ Tomorrow morning at 6:00 AM

Come start your day with purpose, community, and a little sweat!

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23 🙏🏽

We’re excited to finally announce that the Arevir Fit apparel store is officially LIVE!

This has been months in the making. Arevir Fit was built around three things that shape our family and everything we do: faith, family, and fitness.

Our first collection includes acid-wash shirts, faith-inspired back designs, and Arevir Fit embroidered patch hats. If you believe in what we’re building, we would be incredibly grateful for your support even if it’s simply sharing this post with someone.

Thank you for helping our family take this next step.

Your generosity helps grow our youth program.

Faith. Family. Fitness.

Alright, it’s finally here! I know I’ve talked about doing this for a while, and now we’re officially starting.

Every Tuesday at 7:00 AM, I’ll be hosting a FREE 45-minute community workout at Arevir Fit Studio. It’ll be a welcoming, Christ-centered environment where we can train, encourage one another, and start the morning with purpose.

Our first class is coming up, and I’d love to have you there!

Let me know if you can make it.

📍 1734 Creighton Rd, Pensacola
Bring some water and come ready to work!

💪 Strong kids. Strong families. Strong community.

Arevir Fit is blessed to call Happy Spot Nutrition home! What started as sharing a studio has grown into something much bigger—two local businesses connected by our love for God, family, health, and the Pensacola community. ❤️

While the kids are getting stronger with Arevir Fit, stop up front and check out Happy Spot Nutrition. Grab a protein shake, try a protein waffle, fuel up with a protein coffee, or cool down with a Lit Fresher.

Supporting local isn’t just about where you spend your money. It’s about families and businesses supporting one another and building a stronger community together.

📚 Starting a new homeschool year?

Whether this is your FIRST year homeschooling or you’ve been doing it for years, the beginning of the school year can feel like a reset.

Here are 5 things we wish we’d known sooner:

1️⃣ Don’t try to recreate traditional or Private school at home.

2️⃣ You don’t need to buy every homeschool curriculum you see.

3️⃣ Your schedule can change when something isn’t working.

4️⃣ Find your homeschool community early.

5️⃣ A bad homeschool day doesn’t mean you’re failing.

Homeschooling gives families something incredibly valuable: the ability to figure out what works for THEIR children and THEIR family.

We’re going to be sharing more of what we’ve learned along the way—homeschool tips, resources, activities, family fitness, things that worked for us…and probably a few things that definitely didn’t. 😂

📌 Save this for the homeschool year ahead.

And send it to a family starting their homeschool journey!

Homeschool PE doesn’t have to look like traditional PE. 💪

For our family, it looks like running, lifting, competing, encouraging each other, building confidence and learning how to keep going when things get hard.

This morning we’re doing exactly that at Arevir Fit.

Homeschooling gives families the freedom to make movement, fitness and community part of the school day and around here, this is school too.

📍Serving homeschool families around Pensacola, Pace, Milton, Navarre, Cantonment and the surrounding Northwest Florida area.
